Played in all 12 games, with a career-best 158 on special teams and his first six on defense… Credited with a pair of defensive tackles vs. Texas Southern and added a special teams tackle vs. Charlotte.Track & Field: Placed fourth in the 110m hurdles and later finished in fifth place in the 4x400m relay at the AAC Outdoor Championships. Just missed the finals for the 400m hurdles, finishing in ninth in prelims... Made his first podium after a third-place finish in the 60m hurdles at the AAC Indoor Championships. Ranks sixth in school history with a personal best 7.90s in the 60m hurdles.

Former quarterback who made the successful switch to defense and saw action on 65 special teams plays (34 each on punt returns, and 31 on kickoffs).

Redshirted in the fall as a walk-on quarterback and then made the switch to safety in the spring.

A member of back-to-back-to-back Texas 6A state championship squads (DI in 2020, DII in 2019 & 2021) under coach Todd Dodge… Backed up Clemson signee Cade Kubelik at quarterback for the Chaparrals while throwing for 12 touchdowns and rushing for nine others… Threw for 802 yards and completed 81% of his passes and added 582 on the ground… Ran track as well and was a state finalist in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior, finishing seventh… Won the Region IV title in a personal-best 37.53… Honorable mention Academic All-State… Young Life.
