Houston: Due to the expected inclement weather for Houston on Saturday, Rice will open its 2026 baseball season with a doubleheader against Northwestern on Friday.
First pitch of the 2026 season is set for 2:30 at Reckling Park while game two will not begin before 6:30. Sunday's finale remains scheduled for 1:00.
