HOUSTON-Single game tickets for all 30 home games of the 2025 season of Rice Baseball are now on sale. '
Ticket prices start at $10 for general admission for individual games. For the best deals, fans have the option of purchasing a three or six-game mini-plan or organizing a group outing for a discounted single-game rate. Season tickets starting as low as $165 also remain on sale.
For the first time in school history, the Owls will open their season outside the continental United States when they participate in the inaugural Puerto Rico Challenge in Ponce, Puerto Rice, from February 14-16.
Two days later, they return home to open the home season with a 6:30 game against Sam Houston, the first of 19 consecutive games in Houston that features weekend series at Reckling Park vs. USC (February 21-23), Yale (March 7-9) and HCU (March 14-16) as well as three games at the 2025 Astros Foundation Classic against Mississippi State (February 28), defending CWS champion Tennessee (March 1), and 2024 CWS finalist Texas A&M (March 2).
The Owls' second season in the American Athletic Conference opens on the road at FAU (March 21-23), while the conference home opener will be against 2024 regular season champion East Carolina (March 28-30). Rice will also host a conference series against USF (April 11-13), Charlotte (May 2-4), and Wichita State (May 9-11).
The home schedule features three 2024 conference champions (Arizona, East Carolina, and Lamar), six who finished in the top 100 in RPI (East Carolina, Arizona, Lamar, USC, Sam Houston, and Wichita State), while the 16 schools combined for a .525 winning percentage last year.
