Owls and Blazers Set for 1 p.m. Kickoff

Road finale on November 23
Rice will wrap up its 2024 regular season road schedule on November 23 with a 1 p.m. kickoff against UAB in Birmingham with the game being broadcast on ESPN+. The AAC and ESPN jointly announced the time of the game and broadcast partner assignment on Monday.
This will be the 12th meeting between the schools and the first as members of the American Athletic Conference. The Blazers lead the overall series 6-5, but Rice has won the last two, including a 30-24 win in Birmingham at Protective Stadium in 2021 and a 28-24 decision at Rice Stadium in 2022.
Tickets for the Owls' regular-season finale vs. USF on November 30 are available starting at $22 through TicketMaster or by calling (713) 348-OWLS (6957) for further assistance. Game time for the USF game will be announced by the AAC on November 18.
