2024 Fan Fest Details Finalized

Join the Rice Family for the highly anticipated annual kickoff to the Rice Baseball season at Fan Fest on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Reckling Park. The festivities will begin with an exclusive Season Ticket Member Q&A with student-athletes at 10:45 AM, followed by doors opening to the general public at 11:15 AM.
While admission to Fan Fest is free, we kindly ask fans to RSVP online in advance.
From 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM, fans can enjoy various activities, including local food and beverage samples, free water, inflatables, playing catch, running the bases on-field, and visiting the pitching lab experience until 1:00 PM. Team autographs will commence at 11:30 AM. Additionally, a fan photo booth will be available for capturing memorable moments throughout the day on the concourse landing behind home plate.
The Owls' scrimmage is scheduled for 2:00 PM, providing fans with an additional first look at the team.
As we gear up for an action-packed season, mark your calendars for key dates. The 2024 Owls kick off their 31-game home schedule on February 16 with an exciting three-game series against perennial NCAA Regional participant Notre Dame. The non-conference lineup includes clashes with reigning national champion LSU, College World Series participant Stanford, Houston, as well as regional foes Sam Houston, Prairie View A&M, Houston Christian, Incarnate Word, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Lamar, and Texas Southern.
Rice will also begin its inaugural season of AAC play on March 22 against the Tulane Green Wave at Reckling Park. Weekend series with Memphis, UAB, and UTSA, along with a thrilling three-game series against UTSA, will conclude the home schedule.
