The highly anticipated annual kickoff to the Rice Baseball season is fast approaching, and we're excited to announce the updated details. Join us for Fan Fest on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Reckling Park.
This special event offers Owls' fans a unique opportunity to engage with the 2024 team. Meet the players during an exclusive autograph session, capture memorable moments with photo opportunities and activities, and explore the state-of-the-art turf playing surface at Reckling Park.
Stay tuned for final details, which will be released in mid January. While admission to Fan Fest is free, we kindly ask fans to RSVP online in advance.
As we gear up for an action-packed season, here's a sneak peek at the 2024 Rice Owls schedule:
The 2024 Owls kick off their 31-game home schedule on February 16 with an exciting three-game series against perennial NCAA Regional participant Notre Dame. The non-conference lineup includes a weekend series against crosstown rival Houston Christian, as well as weeknight clashes with regional powerhouses Sam Houston, Prairie View A&M, Houston, Incarnate Word, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Lamar, and Texas Southern.
Mark your calendars for March 22 as Rice begins its inaugural season of AAC play against the Tulane Green Wave at Reckling Park. The Owls will also host weekend series with Memphis, UAB, and UTSA before concluding the home schedule with a thrilling three-game series against UTSA.
