Rice will host the first of two fall baseball exhibition games on Friday when the Owls welcome HCU to Reckling Park at 6 p.m.

The Owls and Huskies, led by former Rice teammates Jose Cruz Jr. and Lance Berkman, are scheduled to play 12 innings, with Rice slated to throw pitchers Tucker Alch, Mauricio Rodriguez, Tom Vincent, Tyler Hamilton, Ryland Urbanczyk, Davion Hickson, Karl Ralamb, Mark Perkins and Jack Ben-Shoshan.

There is no admission charge and parking will be available in West Lot 6.

The Owls conclude their fall practice schedule next week with their second exhibition game when they host McClennan Junior College at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 3.
