Aggies Halloween Classic
The Lede: Anna Bowtell won her second straight singles match to close out the weekend and Rice took two of three doubles matches from Baylor to close out play at the Aggie Halloween Classic in College Station on Sunday.
The Details: Bowtell downed Texas A&M's Lucia Quiterio 6-4, 6-2 to even her fall record at 3-3. The teams of Diae El Jardi and Linda Huang and Maria Budin and Federica Trevisan each posted 6-4 wins in doubles to cap a weekend where the Owls won six of nine doubles matches.
