Madanay Named To Women's XC All-Academic Team

Farrah Madanay was named to the C-USA Women's Cross Country All-Academic team. It is her first selection.

Madanay is a redshirt sophomore who has a 4.0 in Art History and Religious Studies. She finished in 35th place at the C-USA Championships. She has won the C-USA Academic Medal three times and is a Rice Honor Athlete. Earlier this year, she finished 15th at the Rice Invitational.

The team is comprised of seven athletes, voted on by the Cross Country Sports Information Directors of Conference USA. Madanay was one of two sophomores to be named to the women's All-Academic Team
