COLLEGE STATION - Rice tennis players Jonathan Chang, Peter Frank and Philipp Seifert all lost consolation draw quarterfinals as the Owls wrapped up play at the ITA Regional Championship hosted by Texas A&M.
Chang dropped a 6-1, 6-3 decision to SMU's Arturs Kazijevs. Frank fell to Texas' Chris Camilone 6-3, 7-6. Seifert dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision to Texas-Arlington's David Subirats.
The Owls conclude their fall season the first weekend in November at the TCU Invite.
