Dillard and Heos Honored By Publication

Rice's Jarett Dillard and Robby Heos have been named to Phil Steele's All C-USA first team as part of his year end review of the college football season. At the same time, Dillard was tabbed by Steele as a fourth-team All American.

Dillard was a consensus pick by the media and coaches for their All C-USA teams, while Heos was named to the second team by both groups.

Steele honored a total of seven Owls in his ranking of C-USA players. Chase Clement, James Casey and Andrew Sendejo were all including on Steele's C-USA third team, while Scott Solomon and Brian Raines earned honorable mention recognition.

Steele is the editor and publisher of Phil Steele's College Football Preview each summer and appears nationally on a number of sports radio shows.
