Football: Practice Report #30

Noseguard B.J. Forguson went down with a knee injury at Oklahoma in late September, missing the Owls' last three games. He's practiced all week, but Hatfield said that the junior's playing time Saturday would probably be limited.
"He's been out so long, that it is hard to get him back in any kind of condition to play," Hatfield said following Wednesday's practice. "Getting back to practice is one thing, but getting in the type condition he needs to be in to play in a game is another.
"To get him back would be a big plus for us."
The Owls will be without inside linebacker Joe Bob Thompson (ankle) and reserve cornerback Patrick Dendy (collarbone) in Saturday's game, both of whom went down in last week's win over Hawaii at Rice Stadium.
