Cross Country: Placed 64th overall at the C-USA Championships, the lone race of the season. Indoor: Finished 20th in the 800m at the C-USA Championships. Outdoor: Competed at eight meets...placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the C-USA Championships...set a season-best time of 4:47.86 in the 1500m at the Rice Invitational...was fifth in the 5000m at the Roadrunner Invitational.
2019-20
Indoor: Competed in three races...ran a season-best mile time of 5:27.14 at the Howie Ryan Invite.
2018-19
Cross Country: Ran in the Roy Griak Invitational and the Santa Clara Invitational.
2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in four races...placed 45th at the C-USA Championships...season-high finished of ninth place at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede. Outdoor: Competed at four meets...set a season-best time of 11:18.15 to place sixth overall in the steeplechase at the C-USA Outdoors...finished second in the steeplechase at the Victor Lopez Classic in her first career race as an unattached athlete.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Strath Haven HS where she competed for the Panthers under head coach Bill Coren...was All-Delco from 2014-16 in indoor track...All-Delco from 2016-17 and All-Central League from 2015-17 in outdoor track...set the school record in the indoor 600m and helped to set the school record in the 4x1600m relay her senior season...ran mostly relays her senior year, running fastest split ever in the 4x800 at state with a time of 2:14.6 and also in the 4x400 with a time of 57.9...in cross country ran a PB at the District I championships with a time of 19:20...won first place in the central league her junior year in the 1600m with a PB of 5:09...also placed third in the country championships her junior year in the 800m, running an open time of 2:15.21...also earned four varsity letters in soccer under head coach Gino Miraglia, claiming All-Delco honors in 2014 and All-Central League 2014-16...graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
