High School - A 2004 graduate of Harry Ainly Composite in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada... Was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and earned one letter in track and field for coach Ray Spivey and the Mounties... Earned first-team all-Essex county and first-team all-league in both 2002 and 2003... Team was state group qualifier in 2002... Also a four-year letterwinner in swimming and lettered as a senior in crew... Named to the all-league first team as a swimmer... Helped crew to the Stotesbury Cup semifinals...
