Reuscher Named to Hermann Trophy Watch List

HOUSTON – Rice soccer junior defender Lilly Reuscher was named to the 2026 United Soccer Coaches Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy Watch List, the organization announced Monday.
Reuscher is one of 41 defenders in the nation to be recognized on the watch list.
Reuscher was an All-Conference Third Team selection last year, contributing to five shutouts by the Owl defense. Her efforts earned Second Team All-Region honors and Reuscher has been named to the American Conference Preseason Watch List in consecutive seasons. Reuscher's freshman campaign earned a spot on the American All-Freshman Team, starting in all 20 games for the Owls.
Rice was picked third in the 2026 American Conference Coaches Preseason Poll after reaching the championship game last season. The Owls secured their sixth 10-win season in seven seasons under Head Coach Brian Lee.
