The excitement of Rice Football's 114th season will begin long before kickoff for each of the Owls' seven home games, thanks to the 2025 Standard Proof Concert Series.
Beginning 90 minutes before kickoff, the parking lot on the east side of Rice Stadium will come alive as a series of bands hit the concert stage to set the tone for that day's game and send Owl fans into the stadium with an added boost of energy and excitement.

September 6 vs UH - Will Carter Band: Before their teams decide possession of the venerable Bayou Bucket Trophy at 6 p.m., fans of Rice and Houston will find themselves united in enjoying these local favorites' brand of country music.
September 13 vs Prairie View - Double Vision: The action returns to Rice Stadium one week later with Rice and Prairie View facing off on Military Appreciation Day and our Salute To Service. Double Vision will set the tone for the game and prep the fans for the fun to come.
October 4 vs Florida Atlantic - Davi Jay & The Bourbon Street Experience: Longtime local favorites Davi Jay & The Bourbon Street Experience will provide the perfect soundtrack for the Battle of the Owls as Rice returns home to host Florida Atlantic as the featured event of Rice's annual Families Weekend.
October 25 vs UConn - Six Gun Sound: It's Fall Fest for Rice Football, and Six Gun Sound will bring the sounds of Bad Company to Tailgate Owley before Rice and UConn meet for the third straight year.
October 31 vs Memphis - Queen Legacy: Halloween Night and national television make for a special occasion, and Queen Legacy's classic rock will be the perfect warm up to the next chapter in football series between Rice and Memphis.
November 8 vs UAB - Reckless ATX: Homecoming and Alumni Weekend will draw a spirited crowd to Rice Stadium for the game with UAB, and concert series headliner, the sensational Reckless ATX, is the perfect complement to the annual gathering of Owls.
November 22 vs North Texas - Kate Watson: We close out the 2025 series and home football season with rising country star Kate Watson who will have the fans dancing ahead of cheering Rice to win on Senior Day.
