Men’s Golf Opens Spring Slate at Prestigious Border Olympics

HOUSTON — The Rice Men's Golf team will begin the team portion of its spring season, Feb. 16-17, when it travels to Laredo for the prestigious Border Olympics, played at Laredo Country Club.
TEAM FIELD
Rice, who is ranked 82nd in the latest Scoreboard rankings, is joined by No. 47 Houston, No. 62 Sam Houston, No, 68 New Mexico State, No. 71 Michigan, No. 77 Lipscomb, No. 83 Troy, No. 92 Miami (Ohio), and No. 97 Louisiana. Augusta, Houston Christian, Illinois State, Lamar, Louisiana-Monroe, UTRGV, and Wright State are also participating in the tournament.
