Owls With Several Top Finishes at Bryan Clay

AZUSA – The Rice women's track and field team had a strong showing on the west coast this weekend at the Bryan Clay Invite, with several Owls having strong finishes throughout the meet.
Taigen Hunter-Galvan claimed the 1500m open title while Caitlin Wosika and Lina Spjut had strong finishes in the 10,000, finishing 10th and 19th, respectively. Ginnie Okafor also had a great weekend with a fourth-place finish in the triple jump.
The Owls will be back in action next Saturday, when Rice hosts the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Invite.
