Post Meet Reaction - Head Coach Jim Bevan
"New school record and C-USA meet record by Tara! She is a championship meet performer! Also, Julie Perez had a strong showing and was able to grab a point in the weight throw. Big pb by Lindsay Simms and a silver medal, also a big pb by Elena in pole vault and indoor pb by Lauren Schmitt. DMR was outstanding, starting with freshman Amelie, we led after 1200, passed to sophomore, Savannah Simms, who had a great carry even with the lead to pass to a junior, Taigen, who was outstanding and passed even with the lead to our senior, Alyssa, who had a smart and kicking carry to win going away. A great group effort today!
