What Head Coach Scott Pera Had to Say
"This was just a really, really good team win. I'm really proud of the guys in their approach all week, and their attention to detail with the game plan. I thought for the first time all year, we executed the game plan defensively to the best of our ability. It made a huge difference. Mekhi (Mason) was tremendous on (Jordan) Sears. But we played team defense, we rebounded. We held (UT-Martin) to 40.0% shooting. They are a very good team. I'm just really proud of our guys and obviously, we need that for a lot of reasons.
