Golf Begins Three Week Stretch at Louisiana Classics

HOUSTON — Rice begins a stretch of three tournaments in three weeks when it travels to Lafayette, La., for the Louisiana Classics, Mar. 14-15. The tournament will be played at the par-72, 6,898-yard Oakbourne Country Club in Lafayette, La.

TEAM FIELD
Leading the 16-team field are four teams in the latest Golfstat Top 50 in No. 17 Ole Miss, No. 21 Texas A&M, No. 25 LSU, and No. 44 Little Rock. Joining Rice in the field are Houston, Illinois State, Lipscomb, Little Rock, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana Tech, Michigan, Mississippi State, Kansas State, North Texas, and UTSA.
