What Head Coach Scott Pera Had to Say
"It was a total team effort today. The guys knew that Northwestern State is a good team. We knew that this was going to be a challenge and our guys were really up for it. We had that burst at the beginning of the second half. Once we got the lead to 20, we were able to get to a good place. I knew we could get the shots that we needed to get. It was a great job by Quincy (Olivari) in the first half that really sparked us. We had great patience to get the right shots. That's what I'm most proud of. It was a tremendous win and a tremendous team effort.
