HOUSTON — Rice continues its 2019 fall season this Sunday-Tuesday, September 22-24, when it travels to Dallas for the third annual Trinity Forest Invitational, hosted by SMU. The tournament will be played at the par-71, 7,486-yard Trinity Forest Golf Club.
JUSTIN EMIL QUOTABLE
"I'm expecting a pretty good bounce back. We played a really difficult golf course last week in San Antonio. We didn't play as well as we would have liked, but we learned a lot. We just have to clean up a few things that are keeping us from scoring well. I think we can do it this week. We know this golf course. There's a comfort level and confidence that we can go out and play well this week."
TEAM FIELD
Joining Rice in the field are Abilene Christian, Arizona State, Ball State, UC-Davis, College of Charleston, Denver, Houston, Kansas State, Little Rock, Marquette, Mississippi State, North Texas, Sam Houston State, host SMU, UTSA, and Virginia.
