Tina Langley on Bokunewicz: "As a long wing Maya brings a unique skill set that will allow her to play multiple positions and impact the game in many ways. She can score or create for others and her basketball IQ makes her a great fit for our system. Maya comes from a wonderful family and we are so excited to officially welcome them all to our Owl family today."
Bokunewicz on choosing Rice: "I chose Rice because I wanted to attend a very high academic institution and compete against top-tier athletes. Rice offered me everything I could have wished for and more."
