Kostyshyn & Mananquil Named To All-Tournament Team

DENTON, Texas —Rice's Haley Kostyshyn and Lianne Mananquil were named to the Conference USA Soccer Championship All-Tournament team, the C-USA league office announced at the conclusion of the event on Sunday (Nov. 10).

Kostyshyn and Mananquil were sensational in helping the Rice soccer program advance to the tournament's championship semifinals for the first time since 2014. Kostyshyn scored a pair of goals and had an assist in 139 total minutes of playing time. Mananquil scored the game-winning goal against Middle Tennessee and also had an assist, giving her 22 in her collegiate career that is the third-highest total in school history.

Under new head coach Brian Lee the Rice soccer team finished the 2019 season with 10-6-3 overall record. The full list of C-USA Championship All-Tournament honorees is as follows:
