Women's Basketball Draws National TV Appearances

IRVING, Texas - Conference USA announced its full slate of televised games on Wednesday, which includes one nationally televised home game for the Rice Owls women's basketball team.
Rice, who will play in two other televised games during the regular season, will now face North Texas on Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. on the American Sports Network (ASN), which includes FOX, ABC, CBS, MyTV, CW, NBC Univision and Azteca affiliates in 78 markets nationwide. The game had originally been scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 31.
The Owls will also appear on the SEC Network Plus on Wednesday, Nov. 19 when they travel to College Station to take on the Texas A&M Aggies at 7 p.m. The SEC Network Plus runs in conjunction with the WatchESPN app and ESPN3 online.
Rice's other TV appearance will come on Tuesday, Dec. 30 when they take on the Texas Longhorns in Austin on the Longhorn Network at 7 p.m.
