CIT Announces Tournament Field

The CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament announced its 32-team field and first-round pairings on Sunday.
Rice will play in its first post-season tournament since 2005 when the Owls take on Louisiana-Lafayette on Wednesday in the Cajundome during the opening round of the CIT.
First-round games will be played Tuesday through Thursday.
Matchups for future rounds will be determined by the results of previous rounds.
Second round games are slated for Friday through Sunday. The quarterfinals of the tournament will be played March 20-21 with the semifinals slated for March 23-24. The championship game will be played on March 28 and will be broadcast by Fox College Sports.
All five rounds of the tournament will be played at on-campus sites.
