34th Annual Rice Invitational University Men Results in PDF Format
The Rice men's cross country team had Simon Bucknell, Michael Trejo, and Matt Carey finish first, second, and third respectively as the Owls won the 34th Annual Rice Invitational with 15 points. The Panthers of Prairie View A&M followed with 50 points.
Bucknell crossed the line at 17:00.3, with Trejo on his heels at 17:00.4, while Carey finished the 5400m course at 17:21.0. Gabe Cuadra (17:28.4) and James Llamas (17:29.4), for Rice, placed fifth and sixth. Scott Zivick was 12th at 17:51.6 and Greg King finished 17th with a time of 18:42.9 to round out the Rice runners.
