Bradshaw Named Honorable Mention All Sophomore

Rice sophomore safety Travis Bradshaw, who led the nation in unassisted tackles while matching the eighth-best season tackle total in Rice history, has earned honorable mention All Sophomore from College Football News.
Bradshaw led Rice with 121 total tackles, including 90 unassisted, to match Larry Izzo (1995) for the eighth-highest tackle total in Rice history. He led the NCAA with an average of 7.5 unassisted tackles per game, while is average of 10.1 total tackles ranked fourth in Conference USA. He close the season with six consecutive double-figure tackle games.
He earned honorable mention All C-USA honors this year, as well as earning C-USA All Academic honors with a 3.37 GPA while majoring in Chemical Engineering.
