PROVO, Utah -- Despite putting up a tough battle, the Rice women were swept 7-0 by No. 29 Brigham Young on Thursday afternoon in dual-match action in Provo, Utah.
The Cougars opened the match by taking the doubles point, then fought off the feisty Owls through many long points in singles for the decision.

After splitting her first two sets at No. 3, Lee was edged in a tiebreak by Kristina Doerr 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (2).
