Chris Huston says: "Kellen is clearly one of the best defenders coming out of the state of Texas this year. She is an incredible one-on-one defender but has the ability to be an attacking presence out of the back line for the us. With Kellen's leadership qualities she will be able to come in and immediately orchestrate and lead our back line to many future championships."
Honors/Statistics: Starter for Challenge 88, the 2004 Region III Southern Regional Championship finalists and 2003 Premier League champions, regional finalists and state champions... Named the 2002-03 Gatorade Rookie of the Year and to the All-Region and All-District 22-5A at Kingwood High School... ODP State Team in 2000, 2001 and 2004... Four-time selection to the academic honor roll.
