The Rice swim team, undefeated in three dual meets this season, takes to the road to face 13th-ranked Texas A&M Saturday in College Station. Start time for the non-conference dual is slated for 2 pm at the Student Rec Center Natatorium on the Texas A&M campus.
The Owls have posted dual meet wins over Tulane, North Texas and crosstown rival Houston to start the season. This year Rice has posted some of the best event times in Conference USA in the distance freestyle. True freshman Diane Gu, a standout from Orlando, Fla., leads the Blue and Gray in the sprints.
It's the Owls' last meet action before breaking for the University's final exams of the semester. Rice returns to action Dec. 17-19 at the UNLV Invitational in Las Vegas.
