PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -- Rice senior Blair DiSesa continued her winning ways on Wednesday in the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships qualifying tournament consolation draw in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
DiSesa, ranked 77th nationally, swept 84th-ranked Nischela Reddy of Minnesota 6-3, 6-2 to advance to the back-draw quarterfinals. She faces Kendra Strohm of Texas on Thursday, and a win will send her to the semifinals later in the day. The consolation finals are slated for Friday.
