2008: Conference USA Academic Honor Roll; Worked hard to bounce back from an injury that kept her sidelined all of 2007... Named the Owls[apos] Defensive MVP after an exceptional comeback season where she was suddenly shifted to defense after a series of season-ending injuries to her teammates... Played in 18 of the team[apos]s 19 games with 16 starts... Saw action for 1,350 of the team[apos]s 1,763 minutes (76.6 percent)... Worked a career-long 109 minutes in the overtime victory against C-USA foe Tulsa... Played at least 90 minutes nine times...
