Hannah Davis joined the Rice University Sports Medicine Department in 2021. She is responsible for managing the health care of the men's and women's tennis teams, and assists with the baseball team.
Hannah is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked primarily with Gamecock baseball, football, and women's soccer. She received her Master of Science degree in Human Health and Performance from Baylor University where she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer with Baylor baseball, and was the head athletic trainer of Crawford ISD.
Prior to joining Rice University, Hannah had to opportunity to work with the Chicago Cubs baseball organization for the 2021 season. She also served as the athletic trainer for McLennan Community College baseball, where they won the National Championship title at the Juco World Series.
Her professional interests include pitching kinematics, postural assessment in relation to performance, and muscular activation technique.
