Rice vs. UTSA

The Owls lead the all-time series 27-7, with the last 11 ending in sweeps.
The last time Rice faced UTSA in the postseason was in 2014, when both teams were in Conference USA. Rice swept the Roadrunners 3-0 in the semifinals.
The teams first met in San Antonio at the Alamodome in 2005, the Owls won 3-1.
