HOUSTON – The Rice Owls women's track and field team will mostly have performances all throughout the track on Saturday at the FasTrak Invite while also having a few field event showings.
In total, the Owls will have 30 athletes competing in 11 events. Schools aside from Rice and Houston competing are Hardin-Simmons, HCU, Huston-Tillotson, LeTourneau, Our Lady of the Lake, Prairie View, Sam Houston, Southern, St. Edward's, St. Thomas (TX), TAMU-Kingsville, Texas Southern, Tulane,
Last time out, Alice Taylor and Josie Taylor tied for second place in the high jump with clearances of 1.75m at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invite.
