Snow chances in Houston force the change
HOUSTON - Due to the marginal risk of snow on the morning on Monday, January 20, Rice men's tennis head coach Efe Ustundag has announced the doubleheader against Prairie View A&M has been moved to a day earlier on Sunday, January 19.
The doubleheader originally had Incarnate Word taking on Rice in the early match, but due to the snow chances, the teams will not meet that day. Rice will play the Panthers twice on Sunday.
The first match is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m., pushed back from its original 11 a.m. start due to the Houston Marathon happening that same day. The second match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
