"I am extremely happy with the quality of individuals we added to our program for this spring and the fall of '22," Ustundag said. "We have three young, hard-working, and talented student-athletes who wanted to be at Rice. I expect Eduardo, Kabeer, and Santiago to make a strong impact on our team over the next four years. Eduardo is a top 10 junior out of Portugal who had a very good summer. Santiago is ranked top two among the under 18s in Bolivia was been invited to the Bolivian Davis Cup Team last month. Kabeer is a top-five junior in Texas. We continue to add student-athletes to our program of high morals and work ethic.
