Chugh, Hineline in Top Five after Second Round of Bentwater Intercollegiate

Montgomery, Texas — Senior Harrison Hineline and freshman Raghav Chugh are in the top five heading into the final round of the Bentwater Intercollegiate.
Hineline is tied for second-place at four-under par after firing a season-best 68. It is his first round of in the 60's this year and the fifth of his career. It is also is second round of par or better this year and the 14th of his career. He also set a career-low 36-hole score of 138.
Chugh is in fourth-place at three-under par after firing a 70. It was his third round of par or better this year.
Rice is tied for seventh-place with South Dakota State at 17-over par after posting a 289.
Senior Jake Benson fired a season-best 69 to move up into a tie for 13th-place at two-over par. It is his first round in the 60's this year and the 14th of his career. It is also his second round of par or better this year and the 44th of his career.
Senior Jack Diamond is five-over par in a tie for 24th-place after posting a 73. Junior Thomas Bockholt III and sophomore Rodrigo Martin both carded a 77. Bockholt is tied for 58th-place at 13-over par and Martin is 14-over par in a tie for 61st-place.
Sam Houston leads the team competition at even par, 11 strokes in front of second-place South Alabama and Midland Community College. SHSU's Chad Sewell leads the individual competition at eight-under par, four strokes in front of Hineline and Gene Chaikangwal of Sam Houston.

The final round begins tomorrow at 8 a.m. Rice will tee off from the 10th hole and are paired with Nicholls State and South Dakota State.
