HOUSTON -- Senior midfielder Samantha Chaiken scored a goal and had an assist to pace the Rice soccer team to a 2-0 Conference USA victory over visiting Louisiana Tech at the Owls' Holloway Field in Houston.
Rice improved to 5-2-1 on the season and 2-0-0 in C-USA action. LA Tech is now 8-2-2 overall and 1-1-0 in conference.
