The Rice Owls men's cross country team placed fourth at the Texas A&M Invitational with 149 points. Justin Maxwell was the Owls' top fnisher at 20th (25:36).
A sweep of the top four places for Texas A&M led the squad to a sixth consecutive title at its home meet, totaling 21 points to finish ahead of Stephen F. Austin (85), Tarleton State (137), and Rice (149).
