Krystal Robinson was fourth in the discus

Senior Krystal Robinson had her best throw of the season Saturday to place third in the discus on the final day of the Mt. SAC Relays. Robinson, who was fourth at the NCAA championships last year, had a best of 53.74 meters/176-4, missing second place by only one centimeter. Stanford graduate Summer Pierson won the event at 54.25/178-0.

The Owls travel to Baton Rouge Friday for the LSU Alumni Gold meet.
