2017 (Freshman): Played in 84 sets as a true freshman…totaled 208 kills (3rd on Owls) with 2.48 kills per set (3rd on Owls)…fifth on the team with 11 service aces…fourth on the Owls with 234.5 points…68 total digs…posted 10 or more kills in 11 matches, including a season-high 14 kills on four separate occasions…selected to the Rice Invitational I All-Tournament Team…named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
High School: Attended Bountiful High School in Bountiful, Utah where she played for head coach Sarah Chism...while with the Braves, Waggoner was part of two state championship teams and earned first-team and second-team all-state honors...four year starter, Waggoner was an AVCA Phenom Athlete with one of the highest VPI scores in the nation and a member of the USA High-Performance A1 Team...also played club for Club V16 Black...in addition to volleyball, Waggoner made the varsity team in basketball as a freshman.
Personal: Parents: Matthew and Lynsi Neve (two brothers, four sisters)...was an honor roll student every year during junior high and high school.
