2023-24 (Sophomore): Appeared in four games, recording her first collegiate point at Texas A&M Corpus-Christi (12/2)...Finished with a career-high two rebounds in Rice's win over Texas Southern (11/29).
2022-23 (Freshman): Appeared in five games for the Owls before suffering a season-ending injury. Recorded a rebound against Abilene Christian (11/13).
High School: Graduated from Flintridge Preparatory School where she played three years for the Wolves under head coaches Jayme Kiyomura Chan and Kevin Kiyomura...missed her senior season due to injury...was a two-time all-prep league second team selection...averaged 18.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 1.6 steals per game as a junior, earning All-Prep League First Team...as a sophomore, was tabbed the Prep League's Defensive Player of the Year...collected Prep League Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman...was a two-time team captain...the Wolves went undefeated in their league in each of Zhang's three seasons and went 60-10 overall...played AAU Nike EYBL for Cal Storm under head coach George Quintero and for Cal Swish under head coach Russ Davis...was the starting point guard on inaugural Jr. NBA World Championship USA West team in Orlando, Fla...played in the USA Open Basketball Championships in Indianapolis...was featured in The Wall Street Journal...played soccer for eight years, earning AYSO Regional and Divisional All-Stars honors...also played volleyball.
