Ticket Policies
- All game times are tentative and subject to change.
- Rice Athletics is committed to playing each scheduled ticketed game. In the event a game is postponed or canceled due to weather, you will have the opportunity to exchange your ticket for a future game. In the event an athletic season is canceled, you will have the following options with the ticket money from the canceled games: Receive a refund, keep the money as a ticket credit, apply the money as a tax-deductible Owl Club Gift.
- All persons age three (3) and over must have a ticket for admission to Rice University sporting events.
- Reserved ADA Accessible / wheelchair platform seating is available at Rice Stadium adjacent to sections 107 and 116. You can purchase online or by contacting the ticket office at 713-348-6957.
Payments
- We accept all major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) on gamedays.
- We do not accept Cash, Checks and Tap to Pay on gamedays.
Student Tickets Information
All current, active, full-time Rice students receive free admission to all home events. To enter, simply show your valid Rice Student ID at the gate/door. Guest tickets can be purchased for half off prior to game day. Guest Tickets will not be sold on the day of the game. Seating is located in sections 115-116 on the lower east side.
THSCA
Current members of the Texas High School Coaches Association are allowed complimentary admission for themselves and one guest. Tickets must be redeemed beforehand online. YOUR THSCA CARD WILL NOT GRANT YOU ENTRY. For more information regarding THSCA tickets, please refer to the THSCA portal or contact Tyler Watts at tylerwatts@thsca.com
Food & Drink Policy
No outside food or drinks are allowed in any of Rice University Athletic venues.
"R" Room Access
The "R" Room is located in the south end zone and is available to Rice Owl Club members who make annual contributions at the Sammy Level ($1,000 or greater). This area is climate controlled and features televisions, cash bar and a complimentary light meal. The "R" Room opens one hour before game time and closes at the end of the game.
Stadium Club Access
The Stadium Club is located just beneath the press box on the west side of the stadium. This area is available to Rice Owl Club members who make an annual contribution at the Jess Neely level ($5,000) or greater. Fans may view Rice Owls football games in this climate control area with televisions and complimentary food and beverages available. The Stadium Club opens one hour before the start of the game and closes at the end of the game.
Football Away Game Ticket Orders
Rice University receives a limited number of tickets for regular season away games. To purchase, call the ticket office at (713) 348-OWLS (6957) or email us at tickets@rice.edu. Tickets will not be available until pricing information is provided by the host school.
