
Men’s Golf Closes Out Aggie Invitational

Bryan, Texas — The Rice Men's Golf team closed the Aggie Invitational in ninth-place, played at Traditions Golf Club.
The Owls carded a final round 303 to finish +55.
Freshman Daniel Zou led the Owls in a 37th-place tie, carding a 75 to finish +13. Senior Raghav Chugh had Rice's best round of the day, posting a 74 to tie for 43rd-place at +15. Junior Lukas Boandl finished at +16 in a 45th-place tie after posting a 79.
Sophomore Jaivir Pande and graduate student Blake Benson tied for 49th-place at +17. Pande shot a 79, while Benson carded a 78. Sophomore Reggie Zhu closed with a 76 to tie for 54th-place at +18.d
Texas A&M leads the team tournament at +3, nine strokes in front of Oklahoma. Texas A&M's Phichaksn Maichon earned medalist honors at -6, five strokes in front of Louisiana's Malan Potgieter.
