Swimming Finishes Weekend at FAST Time Trials

In Brief: Rice swimming concluded its weekend with a trio of swimmers competing in the 2024 Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) LC Time Trials at the FAST facility in Ocala, Florida.
The Details: The Owls were represented on the day by graduate senior Shannon Campbell, senior Imogen Meers and freshman Siiri Einio. In the 800-yard freestyle, Campbell placed first overall with a time of 8:57.92. Einio also posted a win in the 50-yard breaststroke with a time of 32.57. In the 200-yard freestyle, Meers finished second with a time of 2:20.19.
Up Next: The Owls will be represented at the NCAA Championship in Athens, Georgia, on Wednesday through Saturday, March 20-23, by junior Arielle Hayon and Ella Dyson. A full schedule of events can be found online.
