
Lettenberger Named to CoSIDA All-District® Women’s At-Large Team

Rice swimmer Ahalya Lettenberger, who will represent the United States in the Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 later this year, has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) All-District® Women's At-Large Team.
The 2020-21 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom in the sports of women's bowling, crew, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing swimming and tennis. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® At Large ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early August.
In addition to her achievements in competition, Lettenberger has compiled a 3.95 GPA in BioEngineering and is a two-time Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medalist as well as a two-time member of the President's Honor Roll at Rice.
