Rice Golf Camp | Rice Summer Camps
Registration for the first annual Rice Golf Summer Camp is now open to all junior golfers ages 8-18. The three-day camp is set for June 24-26 at Richmond's Pecan Grove Plantation Country Club.
The camp is operated by 2014 Conference USA Champion coaches Justin Emil and JJ Wood, who bring a wealth of coaching and playing experience.
Click HERE for more information and to register online. Early sign-up (Before June 1, 2014) costs $625. The regular Fee (After June 1, 2014) is $695.
Over the course of the camp, golfers will receive the following:
Professional Golf Instruction: Campers will receive instruction from top Collegiate Coaches, Collegiate Players, and PGA Professionals
Trackman Evaluation: Compare your current game to the college players at Rice University. Junior golfers will receive a full golf evaluation from Rice coaches and PGA professionals using video analysis & TrackMan Launch Monitor system.
Player Development: Junior Golfers will have a better understanding of where their game is currently, how to practice properly, proper golf fitness, and course management skills to lower scores.
Tournament Pressure: On the final day, players will play in tournament conditions against other player in their age group on a championship golf course.
